Do I need to be fit to ride an e-bike?
No. The motor assists every pedal stroke and you choose how much help you get. If you can ride a regular bike on flat ground, you can ride our tours.
What is the minimum age?
It depends on the tour, from 10 years on the Dockyard Heritage Loop to 16 on the Coastal Explorer. Riders under 18 must ride with a parent or guardian.
What should I bring?
Closed shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses and a swimsuit on beach tours. We provide helmets, water and a small dry bag for your phone.
What happens if it rains?
Short tropical showers rarely stop a tour. If we cancel for weather we offer a new date or a full refund.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference to change the date.
Do you pick up from cruise ships or hotels?
Yes, for south coast hotels and English Harbour. Add your hotel in the booking form and we will confirm the pickup time on WhatsApp.
How do I check in?
Show the QR code from your confirmation email or booking page when you arrive. We scan it and hand out your bikes.
Do I need to be an experienced cyclist?
Not at all. The route is easy to moderate with plenty of scenic stops, and the electric boost makes pedalling smooth for everyone.
Is lunch included?
Yes. A freshly prepared local lunch is served at Darkwood Beach.
